These are divine if you like bitter chocolate. And to boot, it's the healthiest chocolate you could eat - lots of antioxidants, no animal products (vegan), no gluten, supports endangered species, etc.

If you like dark chocolate, you'll love this. They perfectly
balance having enough chocolate that you can taste the whole flavor
profile without having so much that it's too bitter to eat.
Plus, you can eat it guilt free!

I'm not really a fan of dark chocolate, but I've given up milk chocolate in favor of dark because if you're going to eat chocolate you may as well get some of the health benefits from it. I've tried the Endangered species mint and I"m not a huge fan, btu I really like the dark with cranberries and almonds. It's very smooth, not bitter like a lot of dark chocolate can be. There really aren't large pieces of almonds or cranberries in these squares, just enough to break up the rich dark chocolate taste. I really like that they are individual squares because it helps with portion control and they are easy to throw in my lunch bag or grab one after dinner for dessert. By far the most palatable dark chocolate I've found. I keep a box at work and home for when a chocolate craving hits. One of these does the trick and you are getting antioxidants.
